A country road winds between tall trees, with leaves drifting down and a wooden fence running along one side. Begin with the road itself, since its curve leads the eye all the way through the drawing.
Blend the road from a darker grey in the foreground to a pale grey where it bends out of sight, and it will seem to recede into the trees.
